I have an Inspiron 1750 and I am looking for a battery with higher capacity than the OEM. It appears that 9 cell battery packs all protrude out the back of the computer when in place. This interferes with the opening of the lid/screen. I have communicated with Dell support, but I'm not sure that they understood what I was talking about. Does anyone know if there is a 9 cell battery that will work with this computer?
